How hard is it to cut and paste the address information from my order onto a shipping label? How hard was it to follow up and send me the three packs I ordered and not just the one? Next time, I'll order through Amazon, which never messes up my orders. These people are unbelievably incompetent. I'm calling from Panama and don't want to use up all of my 200 allotted phone minutes. I don't want to call the 800 number because the waits are usually over an hour. I reached out to Whirlpool yesterday, again to be told that they couldn't transfer my chat. Five days later I received a shipping confirmation email with the information left off. I explained the situation and stated several times that it was extremely important that all of the address information appear in the shipping label. I again reached out and sat in the chat cue for over an hour and a half. When that order arrived, Whirlpool had only shipped one pack and not the three I'd ordered. A few days later I get a shipping confirmation with the correct address on it. Anyway, I pointed out that the address was incorrect. About half of the agents to pick up my chats say that they can't transfer the chat over to the right division.
By the way, the division that handles online orders is not easily reached via chat.
Since these emails are "no-reply," I again chatted with someone at Whirlpool. A few days later, I got an email confirming the shipment and noticed that they had left information out of the shipping address. I explained the problem and they said they'd send out a new shipment. I reached out to Whirlpool via chat, because the wait on the phone was over an hour. They never arrived, even though UPS showed they'd been delivered. I ordered 3 Fresh Flow produce preservers back in August.
I live in Panama, so online orders are sent to a forwarder in Miami.
